Abstract:
Motivation of employees is an impulse, which encourages the workers to increase their work performance, effort, competitiveness, and it is a distinct way leading to prosperity and stability of an organization. Motivation occurs when workers expect that a certain action will lead to the fulfillment of a given goal, as well as to rewards that would satisfy their individual needs. Well-motivated workers are those who have clearly defined goals and who take steps to reach them, work effectively and have a well-developed sense of responsibility because they know that their effort helps the organization to succeed in a strong competitive environment and also to fulfill their own interests.
