Abstract:
For the projection (maximization) of future revenues and injection of investments into an employee for customer relationship purposes, a business simulator was created to satisfy the various stakeholders of a business. The simulator helps to interconnect financial and non-financial measures. It also simulates the interactions among business owners, employees and customers thinking (their satisfactions) as well as the impact of the business environment (the behaviour of competitors, other employers and other investment opportunities).
